Initial Consultation
The process begins with a detailed questionnaire. Clients fill out this questionnaire, providing crucial information about their story, the person the song is for, and any relevant details that will help in crafting a personalized song. This stage allows clients to reflect on and convey their emotions and stories at their own pace, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs. Once the completed questionnaire is received, it typically takes me a day or two to write the first version of the song.
Songwriting Process
The songwriting process starts with creating a chord progression, followed by crafting the lyrics using the information provided in the questionnaire. I ensure the song reflects the client's story and emotions by including specific questions in the questionnaire that guide me on the style and emotional tone they desire. After the initial draft is complete, I present the song to the client for their feedback. This collaborative step allows the client to suggest adjustments and ensures that the final song truly resonates with their vision and emotions.
Production and Delivery
Once the client approves the content and style of the song, I proceed to the production phase. This involves recording, mixing, and mastering the track in my studio. The typical turnaround time for completing the song from start to finish is about a week, depending on the client's responsiveness. The final song is delivered as a digital MP3 file, with an option to create a lyric video or slideshow for an additional charge. Clients can also opt for a live performance of their song at their special event, adding a personal touch to their celebration.

I want to ensure you have the best experience. Together we will create the best song for your occasion. Once you complete the FORM, I will reach out with a questionnaire that I would ask you to complete. From there i’ll write the first draft of the song. Next i will schedule a time for me to present the song to you. We can then make adjustments as needed. Once the song is finalized, you will receive a song that includes at least two verses and a chorus (likely more), as well as a complimentary keepsake lyric sheet in PDF format.

Generally speaking a song can be delivered within one week (seven days) from confirmation of the song purchase.

The cost of a personalized song depends on complexity and length. This includes an initial consultation, custom melody and lyrics, and a professionally produced recording. Each song is crafted to capture your unique story and emotions, creating a one-of-a-kind treasure. Contact us for a specific quote.
