Terms of service
Effective October 2026
These terms cover your use of colinrobertsmusic.com, run by Colin Roberts Music, LLC, based in Gretna, Nebraska. By using the site, you agree to them.
My music and content
The songs, recordings, videos, photos, logos, and writing on this site belong to me or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, reuse, or redistribute them without asking first. Sharing links to my pages and videos is always welcome.
Inquiries aren’t bookings
Sending a message through the Book Now form doesn’t reserve a date or create an agreement. A booking, custom song, or production project is confirmed only once we’ve agreed on the details in writing. Pricing on this site is a general guide and may change.
Song requests
Requests sent during a show are welcome, but I can’t guarantee every song will be played. Please keep requests respectful.
Tips
Tips sent through Venmo are voluntary and non-refundable, and are handled by Venmo under its own terms. Thank you, truly.
Text messages
By providing your mobile number and communicating with Colin Roberts Music, LLC by text, you agree to receive text messages related to booking inquiries, show announcements, and music updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the privacy policy for how your number is handled.
Other websites
This site links to and embeds content from other services such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Facebook, Bandsintown, and Venmo. I’m not responsible for their content or practices.
The fine print
This site is provided as-is. I do my best to keep it accurate and working, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent allowed by law, I’m not liable for damages arising from your use of the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
Changes
If I update these terms, I’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
